The full air filter does not need to be removed, just the top cover. The front part of the battery box un-clips, and you need that out of the way, too (you squeeze it in a bit). This can happen at startup or during a drive. Issue 2: 1 hour mode while car is running. This is a more consistent problem. Engine running, turn the stereo on and 1 hour mode flashes up.
