The mod you were looking for couldn't be found. Add more things to do in a settlement while waiting around for your troops to heal. These actions will effect the stats of the settlement (prosperity, loyalty, security, militia) as well as relation.
So if that rebelling clan has reached maturity and turned into a full fledged clan, they have to lose Sargot before you can recruit them into your Kingdom. Unfortunately, other Kingdoms CAN recruit full fledged rebelled clans into their Kingdoms, even with the Fief. The latter tends to be what usually happens.

If the workshops are in your own city at least you can defend them. Good point, I think I will just get the work shops in my city, thank you. Honestly, I would probably look for a city deep within Aserai territory with high prosperity and buy a workshops there. They're liable to be more profitable, and you run less risk of losing them during war.
